Chef Renatha Mitchell's journey in the world of baking and pastry began at a tender age of six. Raised in a large family, she not only honed her skills in crafting cakes, pies, and pastries but also started conceptualizing and arranging themed dessert tables from a young age.

In January 2000, driven by her passion for the culinary arts, Renatha made the decision to enroll in the prestigious New York Restaurant School, embarking on a path to become a skilled pastry chef. After successfully completing the program, she further honed her craft through an internship with a renowned French pastry chef at a Wall Street restaurant in the heart of New York City.

Throughout her illustrious career, Renatha has delighted countless individuals and gatherings with her exquisite cakes and desserts, catering to a wide array of occasions, including weddings, baby showers, office parties, schools, and churches. With an impressive portfolio spanning over three decades, she continues to create unforgettable moments for others through her delectable confections.
